The fragrance illuminates when you spray it!

Jennifer Lopez launches new fragrance named Glowing in the spring of 2012, representing a kind of continuation of the theme of the debut Glow from 2002. Glowing is actually a homage to Glow.

“Glowing is such a clean fragrance. That’s what I’ve always been about. I like soapy, clean smells. This is a very woodsy scent. So it’s not exactly what I created 10 years ago — it’s the evolution of that. At the essence, it’s still natural, earthy, clean and real, but a little different side of that. It’s the woodsy side of it, which I think is kind of New York-y, darker and sexier”, said Jennifer Lopez .

The advertising campaign was shot by Solve Sundsbø. The fragrance is available as 30, 50 and 75 ml Eau de Parfum with 200 ml body lotion. Atomizers of the 50 and 75 ml bottles light up for 15 seconds after pressing.

Inspired by her favorite candle, the fragrance opens with a sophisticated blend of florals and citrus fruits that reflect Jennifer’s bright persona, then a luxurious drydown of deep musk, vanilla, and sandalwood leave a trace of her signature sexiness.

THE BOTTLE & PACKAGING

New illuminating fragrance bottle…

A simple cylindrical shape with deep-cut vertical glass facets, the Glowing by JLo bottle was inspired by the beauty and the lines of Baccarat crystal. The crystal lines create the perfect backdrop for an innovative dance of reflective lights: When the atomizer is pressed, the bottle beautifully illuminates for 15 seconds.

The Glowing by JLo carton is a shiny silver box with hits of a nude wash of color on all sides. The blind debossing pattern of the new JLo logo brings texture to the carton and an image of the illuminated bottle appears on the back panel. The Glowing by JLo logo is stamped in a deep purple.

MY Thoughts About It :

I AM SO IN LOVE WITH NOT ONLY ITS DELICIOUS FRAGRANCE BUT WITH ITS AMAZINZG PACKAGING AS WELL.

I must say that this is a true example of one great product that speaks for itself. GLOWING BY JLO not only gives you that glowing fragrance but the bottle itself glows to prove its wonders.

I am not a good explainer when it comes to explain the fragrances but I must say that I am very choosy when it comes to perfumes or deodorants as I can get allergic to strong smells/fragrances easily and the result would be achooo (non stop sneezing ).

But this beauty captures my heart for a while now. When I press the pump for the first time and the bottle starts glowing, it was really magical and till now, my heart witness the same joy after pressing the pump every single time . Such an amazing packaging isn’t it?

It has a sweet magical fresh fragrance that reminds you of fairytale stories and their wonders. I don’t know why but yes it fragrance always give me the hint that I am in some wonderland. I just love it !
