As I mentioned in my previous posts that i am more into online shopping these days.

Being a new mom , shopping is no more fun for me . I mean you can expect a baby having a serious tantrum anytime . And I always end up forgetting things and leaving the shopping malls totally annoyed and frustrated . But No More !

Thanks to the on line shopping stores . They are helping a lot by facilitating the women like us .

Online shopping stores are a new hype in Pakistani market these days . And they are popping up like wild mushrooms every single day . But are they all trust worthy ? I don't think so . Platinum.pk was a new name for me . So i decided to give it a try and share my experience with my lovely readers.

Among different clutches , my beauty was resting peacefully ... ;)

So I clicked on the Clutch i.e : FOREVER 21 Hard Clutch ( as highlighted with the arrow and circle in the pic above )

By clicking on the Clutch I Choose , i got its complete information . The made , size etc ( as shown in the pics below )

Before adding your desired Item to the cart , You need to choose the Color . In my case , only Black was the available option ( as highlighted with the arrow and circle in the pic below )

You can check the items in your cart or bill by staying on the same page . Just need to click on the colored cart pic ( as highlighted with the arrow in the pic below )

You can either Click on the View cart or If you are done with your shopping you can Checkout ( as highlighted with the circles in the pic above )

Placing The Order :

Clicking on the View Cart button took me to the preview of my shopping cart showing the item i selected and my bill .

You can also add any discount code of your coupon if you have any ( as shown by the arrow in the pic below ) . You can avail % of discount anytime by subscribing to their News Letter. Also many great offers / sales are offered by the site time to time.

Clicking on the Checkout button took me to the Checkout Options , which were:

New Customer
Guest checkout
Returning Customer

I choose the New customer option and fulfill the requirements.

After that , just follow the Steps one by one . You can MODIFY your information at any time by clicking on it .

If you are purchasing for yourself don't forget to click on I want to use an existing address option .

If you are purchasing it as a gift , you need to click on I want to use a new address option

Just click on Continue for going to next step every time.

Payment Method would be CASH ON DELIVERY and Delivery Method would be FREE SHIPPING .

And you are Done by clicking on CONFIRM ORDER.

Order Confirmation :

You can go to your account and check your order history at any time ( as highlighted with the circles in the pic above)

Your order History will show you the status of your order ( as highlighted with the circles in the pic below)

You will get an email within few minutes by Platinum.pk , confirming the order and mentioning the order number .

You will also get a call from Platinum.pk representative in a day or two who will very kindly explain your order , the amount need to be paid and the expected date of delivery time . Isn't it great ! I mean i was totally surprised by the customer services of the site .

Delivery :

I was given a 2 days time period to get my parcel from Platinum.pk. And they kept their promise well.

I ask the Platinum.pk courier person to give me few minutes to check my order . And he told me that I can open and check my parcel later . And if i am not satisfied , i can return it within two days time .

My Clutch was not less then in quality or anything by the one shown in the pics by Platinum.pk ( Review HERE )
