The Body Shop have recently launched TWO new additions in their bestselling Vitamin C products worldwide.  I got their new Vitamin C Glow Boosting Moisturizer in my The Body Shop Life is Gold Event Foodies Bag and have been using it daily from past two weeks. So here is my first-hand experience of this beauty.

Vitamin C Best for Anti-Aging & Brighter, Healthier Skin

In any form, vitamin C provides good antioxidant protection, helps shielding skin from sun damage, pollution that effects skin on a daily basis

When a good source of Vitamin C is incorporated into your daily skincare regime it can provide a range of benefits that keep your skin younger-looking, healthy and fresh.

Vitamin C can help

  • Reduce the appearance of brown spots and other types of sun damage
  • Helps boost healthy collagen production results in more firmer skin
  • Reduce inflammation and irritation, both of which cause a cascade of damage
  • Fade post-breakout red marks by improving skin’s natural healing response
  • Increase the effectiveness of your sunscreens and boosts your skins defense against UV exposure by adding vitamin C in your daily skincare routine

You can easily get all the benefits of Vitamin C by adding The Body Shop Vitamin C product line in your daily skin care routine.

One of the new launch in this product line is:

My Thoughts About It:

As I mentioned earlier, I got a sample of The Body Shop Vitamin C Glow Boosting Moisturizer in my The Body Shop Life is Gold Event Goodies Bag.It’s been around two weeks that I am testing this product in a hot summer weather.

This product is more like a gel consistency having a citric smell which fades in no time. Also the consistency is so good that a very little amount goes a long way.

I am using it twice daily (in the morning and in the night) as a first step after washing my face. And I can say it’s a fast absorbing, non-greasy moisturizer that adds a sudden glow to your skin. As strobing being a new trend, it’s like a must first step for me to achieve that perfect healthy glowing skin without any hassle.

The formula is very light and leaves skin smooth and non-greasy for some good couple of hours. It can also be used as a primer but you need a good sunscreen with it as it has no SPF.

Not only this moisturizer hydrates my skin perfectly but it also helps with the redness of my skin very well.

Though it’s too early to tell that it makes any difference in my skin tone. But will update on that part later.

You might like it:

  • You want a healthy glowing skin
  • You want an anti-oxidant for your skin
  • You want your skin to be firmer
  • You want to delay the signs of aging
  • You want to protect your skin from damaging
  • You want to achieve the much raved strobing easily

You might Not Like it:

  • Vitamin C does not suit your skin

Would I recommend it?

Yes because I am loving it so far.
