Did you know that typically our makeup brushes are made from squirrel, goat or some other animal hair?

Having a HALAL brush? wowww that’s a BIG RELIEF isn’t it ?

Before going any further, I would like to share some important information I gathered from the internet.

Typically our makeup brushes are made from squirrel, goat or some other animal hair. Whereas Vegan brushes are made from a man made synthetic material, have been found to be very good replacement for animal hair brushes. They feel more soft makes mineral makeup go on smoothly and easily. Vegan brushes also works very nicely remained soft and are easy to clean.

Vegan brushes for hair are easy. Just stay away from natural bristle brushes when you shop. Natural bristle for the most part means animal hair.

So , I am so much thankful to Adorn Mineral cosmetics for introducing HALAL vegan brushes made from synthetic bristles means no animals involved in any process. What a relief it is .

I am using this brush for some time now and I can assure you it’s a perfect blush/bronzer brush which is extremely soft with absolutely no shedding at all. And it works perfectly .

I never thought that using the right brush with a right product can make such a difference. My bronzer and blush looks so natural on my skin with its usage as it picks the right amount of product and completely buffs it into my skin.

The reason I feel it works so well is the density of the brush, the bristles are packed in there tight but it still gives the right amount of movement to make make-up application so easy giving a flawless soft finish.

Its extremely soft. The first day I got the brush,I couldn't stop touching it,as the feeling of it against your skin as amazing) I haven't had any shedding problems with it,and I suppose that's because of the synthetic bristles. I didn’t found any cleaning problems either and it dries quickly in a hot weather like Pakistan.

Even the size is small and cute! The handle is very thick, which makes it easy to handle and control. I must say it’s just look classy and elegant.

Overall,this is an amazing brush. I highly recommend it and I don't think I'll ever stop using it. did a great job with this one! It's worth it!

Want a longer lasting finish? Adorn's Perfect Finish, toxic free, Matte Setting Powder is the answer! A light application over the top of your foundation and before applying blush and eye shadow, will set the make-up and take away any oily/shiny areas for a matte finish.

MY THOUGHTS ABOUT IT :

Setting/compact powder is a must for oily /combination skin types as it not only helps to absorb the excess oil from skin but also prevents the skin from looking oily as well and helps in making your foundation to last for longer hours without giving you that greasy/shiny look .

Having an extremely oily skin in summer in a humid weather where I live and a combination skin during winter makes compact/setting powder a life saver for me.

But it was my very first experience to try the setting powder in a white shade and I must say I was afraid to give it a try as I thought it may look cakey on my face. But after testing it on my hands , it first looks too bright then my actual skin tone but eventually within a minute it adapts to my skin colour. To a great surprise , when I applied it on my face , it was still a perfect match .I can clearly notice some healthy glow to my skin within minutes after applying the product. So that extreme white shade gives it a neutral effect and it can adapt to any skin colour I think. You just need to be careful while applying it as less is always more. Don’t apply it with a sponge. I would highly recommend to apply it with a buffer or kabuki brush by simply dabbing the product firstly on your T-zone and gently working your way out with light circular motions without taking extra product . It will definitely give you that natural brightness this way.

For any normal day , I use to apply it over my sunblock and moisturizer and it not only gives me that natural matte look , perfectly absorbing the oil on my face but also gives me light to medium coverage for good 3-4hours ( a great plus point , isn’t it ? ) You can retouch it anytime with any powder brush after using blotting paper/tissue paper for a natural look.

For any special occasions, I apply it over my Adorn mineral foundation ( review HERE + Adorn mineral primer review HERE ) and get medium to full coverage without looking cakey or shiny for good long hours.

Once again I am quite impressed by the packaging. As it comes in a very convenient jar which was securely packed .The product was also securely sealed to avoid any kind of wastage.
