Review : Online Shopping Store : Daraz.pk : Personal Shopping Experience with pictorial guidelines

Hope you all are having a great start of the New Year .
As I promised , here i am with my reviews again . As many of you already know that i wasn't blogging for quite some time because of my Baby and moving to Islamabad. Anyways , enough rambling and lets get to the point.
Being a new mom , shopping is no more fun for me . I mean you can expect a baby having a serious tantrum anytime . And I always end up forgetting things and leaving the shopping malls totally annoyed and frustrated . But No More !
Thanks to the on line shopping stores . They are helping a lot by facilitating the women like us .
Online shopping stores are a new hype in Pakistani market these days . And they are popping up like wild mushrooms every single day . But are they all trust worthy ? I don't think so . Bloggers were raving about their shopping experiences with Daraz.pk . So i decided to give it a try and share my experience with my lovely readers.
I was badly looking for a Hand bag these days . Affordability and durability with style was my requirement as my baby has decided to ruin the zips or pockets of every single bag i own :(
Shopping at Daraz.pk - A Complete Pictorial Guideline
Selecting The Item( Bag ) :
I was randomly looking at the site Daraz.pk when i decided to look for the bag of my choice . I go the Women section . Choose Bags and then selected Bags & clutches ( as shown in the pic below )
By clicking on Bags & clutches ( as shown in the pic below ) , I got Six categories of Bags to choose from . So i selected HAND BAGS 1st option( as shown in the pic below )
By Clicking on Bags , I got a Huge variety of bags with different price ranges , colors to choose from ( as shown on the left side of the pic below )
I choose the mustard bag , as highlighted in the pic below
By clicking on the bag , i got its complete information . The made , size etc ( as shown in the pics below )
I was satisfied with the product description so i decided to give it a go.
My biggest satisfaction was that Cash on Delivery was available with Free Shipping . And secondly Daraz.pk was offering Seven Days Return Policy .
Placing The Order :
Clicking on the BUY NOW button took me to the preview of my shopping cart showing the item i selected and my bill . You can also add any discount code of your coupon if you have any ( as shown by the arrow in the pic below ) . You can avail % of discount anytime by subscribing to their News Letter. Also many great offers / sales are offered by the site time to time.
You can either shop more or click on Go to Next Step button .
If you are new to the site you can Continue as New Customer . Or you can also Log in .
If you click on Continue as New Customer , you will be required to fill the form with all the necessary information .
If you are purchasing for yourself don't forget to click on Deliver to the same address option ( as highlighted by the arrow in pic below ) .
If you are purchasing it as a gift , you don't need to click on Deliver to the same address option .
And you are Done by clicking on CONFIRM NOW.
Order Confirmation :
It will take few seconds and your order code will be appeared on the scree. Just be patient , it will i promise :)
Also you will get a message on your mobile by Daraz.pk , confirming the order and mentioning the order number .
You will also get an email within few minutes by them , confirming the order and mentioning the order number .
And this is not it , you will also get a call from Daraz.pk representative in a day or two who will very kindly explain your order , the amount you need to be paid ( if you choose Cash On Delivery Option ) and the expected date of delivery time .The same information will be sent to you again on your mobile after dropping the call. Isn't it great ! I mean i was totally surprised by the customer services of the site .
Delivery :
Though i was given a 5 days time period to get my parcel from Daraz.pk. I placed my order at late Thursday night . Got the confirmation call from them at Friday Noon. And i got a message on Saturday morning that my order has been shipped .
And by Tuesday Morning , the parcel was with me . I was so surprised by the quick delivery n all.
I ask the Daraz.pk courier person to give me few minutes to check my order . And he very politely replied that there is no need to rush . I can open and check my parcel later . And if i am not satisfied , i can return it within Seven days time . The return form is given in the package .
My bag was not less then in quality or anything by the one shown in the pics by Daraz.pk ( Review HERE ) Also i ordered one bathroom slippers which were on sale and cost only PKR 175 . They were of great quality too.
Oh man i was so so Happy and Satisfied by Daraz.pk. They are doing some amazing work. I mean i wasn't expecting this in Pakistan .
And after that I am shopping like crazy . Every night , when my baby and her baba are having their sweet dreams , I make a cup of tea and shop whatever i want from my bed . I mean what more I can ask for . God bless them.
Sshhh i have a secret to share .. not even hubby knows about my crazy spending these days , as the courier person came in the morning and i pay cash on delivery... ;D

DeleteI ordered shoes and apparel few time on daraz.pk. Never had any issue or complaint. Items were found exactly as per description and photos provided on their website. So I consider them reliable.
