Why I have taken this challenge ? 

I always believe that we cannot stop the aging process naturally… But we can slow the process and can get aged gracefully…  And I also believe in getting prepared... prevention is the key for me rather than treating…

As I mentioned earlier that Cindy Crawford was my most favorite model in my teens . But seeing her latest pic showing the comparison between Cindy in her 20s and now Cindy in her 40s truly hit me.

Many of you already know that I am a new mommy . Pregnancy , delivery and post delivery period is the toughest time in a woman’s life. As she is going through a lot of emotional and physical trauma. But the biggest challenge for a mom is taking care of herself along with a  new born and believe me its an experience of handling the blender without the cap ( yes it is ).

During these restless days and sleepless nights you hardly get the time to take your meals on time so taking care of your skin is just a dream  you wont be able to fulfill without some serious dedication.

And after seeing myself in a mirror I get shocked literally. There were no signs of myself. I can only see a tiered middle aged woman { my heart aches with calling myself that :’( but thats true } who was literally looking 10 years older then my real age .After  recovering from this shock , I have decided that no matter what I will take care of myself.

To achieve what I was before I have taken many steps and taking this beauty challenge is one of them.
